• Product must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
• You must notify us within 2 days of receipt.
• The product will be inspected before a refund is granted.
• The customer will be responsible for return insured shipping.
• The product must obtain an RMA # before returning. The RMA # must accompany the return and be written on the outside of the package in an easily legible manner.
• The customer will be responsible for paying a 15% restocking fee.
• The product must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
• We can not take returns on custom products. No exceptions.
• We do NOT accept returns for international orders, for any reason.

1. Request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
2. Use the original carton whenever possible. Otherwise, use a strong and secure carton sealed securely with tape.
3. Include all product(s) and documentation in original new condition.
4. Print and fill out our RMA form and include it with the return.
5. Write the RMA # on the outside of the package in a legible and noticeable manner.
6. Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D returns.
7. Provide us with the delivery confirmation or tracking number along with your order number and contact email address.

We will do everything possible to expedite the handling of your return. Please allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the merchandise. If you are requesting a credit card refund, please allow one billing cycle for credit to appear.
